We are preparing our second start after the ocean visited us in early June this year and are looking for staff.
Joji our Excecutive Head Chef is looking for (full time/casual) chef's, Virginia Our Restaurant Manager is looking for (full time/casual) waitstaff and casual runners with experience and Phil our Barista needs someone behind the coffee machine as well - not long to go now! Lidia & Hardy are pretty excited to present the Bower restaurant to you very shortly.

Saturday June 25th

Our Voucher Shop is finally online - Lidia and me wanted to thank all of you who came down and supported us during the last 3 weeks after the storm. We have all vouchers online now and they can be used after we reopened which should be in the first week of September.

Our Story



The Bower restaurant is a family business, owned and operated by husband and wife Hartmut and Lidia Schacker and their team.
The aim was to open a restaurant with an emphasis on good food and service in a relaxed setting, to enjoy the beautiful ocean front location directly in front of cabbage tree bay.
The menu changes on a regular basis to reflect the best available produce using both local and organic growers wherever possible.
